School's been a bit unusual. Sure, I mean, I arrived in Eiberon the same day as our Lordship the Count Delcar and we've been getting everything organized.

On our first day, I was witness to the awe inspiring display of the magicks of Delcar & Shethba, both of whom created and shaped stone sufficient to build some simple buildings and the walls to surround the Count's buildings.

We squires were put to work immediately. A stables were built as well, and I find myself tasked with the cleaning of the horses.

Miss Rosalynd has herself a simple forge as well and I've noticed that she keeps squire Tashakina busy helping her. Good for Tash in that he wants to learn that trade and Rosalynd is kind enough to give him some instruction as well as a turn at the forge.

Fist and Nos have their duties in the kitchen on scullery duty.

Cleaning isn't too bad and doesn't take up too much time in the day. Classes are really informal. As a squire you need to catch up with the others in the training list and pair up with an instructor as they seem fit. If there are no instructions, (as happens often enough) I tend to self study, taking whacks at the training dummy's or if I have an assignment from Lady Shethba, I'll take to reading in the mess.
