Character comments below image.  My thoughts on the drawing itself:  This was the first time I was reasonably happy with a sketch of Neltara.  The expression and the uncontrollable hair say alot about her quirky, mischeiveous personality.This is Neltara, she started life as a AD&D character I rolled up right after getting the Unearthed Arcana book.  She was a bad news fighter/thief that double specialized in throwing daggers.  Nowadays she's a GURPS character that is disgustingly skilled at Shurikenjutsu.  :D
