Ok, any of you that are familiar with Torchlight and have looked at my pictures can probably tell I use some custom skins. I do, and I've also come across a couple mods I consider must have. There's a pretty exhaustive list here too.
Torchleech - Not a mod itself, but a mod manager/client that helps organize, find and update mods seemlessly. Like the Curse client for WoW before it started SUCKING.
Cute Vanquisher - She was cute before, but this is Neltara, so more cute is better.
Gothic Mephisto - font switch and removes some of the borders.
Quiet Gem - This is the ONLY MUST have, the only WTF were you thinking Runic? thing I have on the list. See, the default move gem sound is just the right volume and tone to get blood to gush from my ears. This fixes it.
Shaped Gems - great for us older gamers with bad vision that found the TINY ASS gem icons to be a little too tiny.
